Previously to Skaled, Jake served as Head of Sales & Customer Success for Chartbeat, During which the first nine months of his enure, he grew annual booking by 300% year-over-year and nearly doubled monthly recurring revenue.

Prior to that, Jake was the VP of Sales at Glassdoor, where he expanded the department from One to 40 employees and grew employer-direct revenue from $0 to nearly $1 million in monthly recurring revenue. He holds an MB from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business, As well as a B.S. from Missouri State University.

Derek Smith
SVP, Data & Research | DiscoverOrg

Derek was DiscoverOrg's first researcher in 2007 and now a decade later he's responsible for the process and technologies that DiscoverOrg's research team uses to create and update the data in our industry-leading sales intelligence platform.

His experience includes working at Major League Baseball on research, technology strategy, and special projects. Derek designed multiple data-centric applications for several key departments at MLB, Including a secure systems used to capture contact information and track movements for international prospects at tryouts worldwide.

Derek has a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the university of Colorado, a M.S. in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, and a J.D. from Ohio State University.

Katie is responsible for leading the global marketing and growth functions at DiscoverOrg. She brings 15 years of marketing, product, and strategy experience in global, high-growth technology businesses to her role at DiscoverOrg. Prior to joining DiscoverOrg, Katie served in executive leadership roles at Mitratech, Accruent, and Hoover’s. She has a bachelor’s and masters degree from the University of Virginia.
